1. About NEXTCART

NEXTCART is an end-to-end sourcing service. We are not a traditional multi-vendor B2B marketplace or a static product directory. We operate on a request-based sourcing model where we help clients find, negotiate, verify, and coordinate product orders from suitable external B2B suppliers and marketplaces globally.

2. How Our Sourcing Service Works

Our service process consists of the following steps:

• Requirement Submission: You submit specific product parameters and requirements.
• Supplier Sourcing: NEXTCART identifies suitable suppliers from available B2B marketplaces and networks.
• Coordination & Negotiation: We handle supplier communications, pricing negotiations, and process coordination.
• Fulfillment Arrangement: Sourcing arrangements and order placements proceed strictly upon your explicit requirement and approval.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

NEXTCART does not own, stock, or manufacture the products it sources unless explicitly stated otherwise. The underlying supplier or manufacturer is the sole seller and producer of the goods.

4. Pricing

The pricing displayed or quoted by NEXTCART includes our sourcing, negotiation, and coordination service margins. You may find lower base prices for identical items listed on public supplier platforms, as our pricing reflects the added value of complete sourcing service management.

5. Product & Supplier Information

While NEXTCART makes reasonable efforts to verify supplier credibility and specifications, information provided by suppliers may not always be complete or accurate. We cannot offer an absolute guarantee regarding supplier-provided details.

6. Orders & Payments

• Confirmation: An order is binding once confirmed after sourcing feasibility review.
• Payments: All payments must be settled according to agreed invoice terms. No card details are permanently saved on our servers.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Subject to the specific sourcing stage and third-party supplier cancellation rules applicable to the order.

7. Quality & Inspection

Where inspection or verification is included in a specific sourcing arrangement, NEXTCART will perform agreed quality checks or coordination. Such checks do not constitute an unconditional guarantee of overall product quality, durability, or performance.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and logistics are carried out via third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are non-binding projections. Customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory clearances remain the client's sole responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful product specifications.
• Refrain from requesting products that violate intellectual property rights, trademarks, or local laws.
• Provide genuine business and identity information.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use NEXTCART to request illegal goods, attempt fraudulent payment activities, perform automated scraping of our platform, or compromise infrastructure security.

11. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account session. You must notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized access to your account.

12. Account Termination

NEXTCART reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, submit fraudulent requests, or engage in abusive conduct.

13. Limitation of Liability

NEXTCART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party supplier defaults, shipping delays, customs seizures, or unexpected product defects.

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates secure external service providers (such as Supabase for database management and authentication). We are not responsible for independent third-party service outages.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect service or legal adjustments. Continued usage of NEXTCART constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
