Product specifications submitted in your sourcing requests are shared with external suppliers or logistics partners solely to negotiate and fulfill your request. Unnecessary personal identity information is never shared with third-party suppliers.

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure providers to run NEXTCART safely:

• Supabase: Provides secure database infrastructure, Row-Level Security (RLS), and authentication.
• Fulfillment & Logistics Partners: Independent partners handling product inspection and shipping services as required.

6. Cookies & Essential Technologies

We use strictly essential HTTP cookies and local storage tokens exclusively to maintain your authenticated login session and secure your session state. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Data Security

We enforce Row-Level Security (RLS) on our database, strict API access controls, and TLS encryption for all data in transit to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized disclosure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account details and order history for as long as your account is active to fulfill legal, tax, and service requirements. Request logs are archived or purged periodically when no longer required for service delivery.

9. User Rights

You maintain full control over your personal data:

• You can view and update your name or email at any time from your Account Settings page.
• You can request complete deletion of your account and associated personal data.

10. Account Deletion

When you initiate an account deletion through your profile settings, your personal identity information is permanently purged from our database systems upon verification.

11. Children's Privacy

NEXTCART is a business service and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
